Full Rental & Management Package


We provide landlords with a complete suite of services, including:


  • Property Advertising & Marketing – Ensuring maximum exposure to attract quality tenants.
  • Arranging Viewings – Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Tenant Vetting – Full credit checks and guarantor referencing (additional charge).
  • Energy Performance Certification (EPC) – Arranged as required (additional charge).
  • Annual Landlord Gas Safety Checks – Ensuring compliance (additional charge).
  • Rent Guarantee Protection – Available for added security (additional charge).
  • Tenancy Agreement & Rent Negotiation – Drafting contracts and setting rental terms.
  • Deposit Collection & Security – Deposits are secured with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) (registration charge applies).
  • Comprehensive Inventory Report – Conducted prior to tenant check-in (additional charge).
  • Utility Management – Recording meter readings and transferring accounts to the new tenant’s name.
  • Council Tax Registration – Ensuring the local council tax is transferred to the tenant’s name from the tenancy start date.
  • Efficient Rent Collection – Ensuring timely payments from tenants.
  • Fast Rent Transfers – Payments processed via CHAPS/FP within 10 working days of receipt.

First month’s rent (minimum £1,000.00) plus a Tenancy Set-up Fee of £525.00


Holiday Home Management

£120.00 per month per property


Tenancy Set-up & Referencing Fees

£525.00 (£300.00 tenancy set-up fee + £225.00 referencing fee)

£700.00 (Corporate Lets referencing fees)

Additional £150.00 (guarantor referencing fee for Corporate Lets)

Detailed Property Inspection made on behalf of the landlord

Attendance charge on behalf of the landlord for any matters not covered under the contract
